Welcome to Bluebird Acupuncture practice run by Vivienne Outram, a qualified practitioner of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine with over 15yrs experience of providing acupuncture in Sheffield.

Everyone is unique and illness is a puzzle which needs to be understood. The only path to true health is through self healing and acupuncture needles help nudge the body to start the healing process.

Acupuncture can help correct any chronic health problem.  The earlier treatment is started the better, as illness starts at the level of energy and then progresses towards physical change and tissue damage.  It's always easier to cure illness when there are symptoms, but before there are changes which can be detected on medical tests.  Prevention through early natural treatment is always preferable to the drastic interventions available to Western medicine, further down the line.
